Product

  • You can learn how to assemble the vacuum in our guide here or in your Quickstart Guide that can be found at the top of your package when it arrives.

Tips for using the vacuum can be found here

Our full manual can also be found online here

  • AirBags are the first line of filtration that prevents harmful particles from getting into your air and other critical parts of the vacuum, like the motor. We recommend changing your AirBags when they are approximately 2/3rds full to prevent the loss of suction and to extend the life of your vacuum.

  • The vacuum features an analog bag fullness gauge that approximates the fullness of your Air Bag. If you're unsure, carefully feel the sides of the Air Bag with your hands. If it's starting to feel like a stuffed pillow or if there are any clumps of fine dirt/dust, it's time to change it.

  • The Airsign HEPA Vacuum has two floorhead modes: Carpet (for carpet and rugs) and Floor (for all hard flooring). You can change between the two settings by pressing firmly with your foot or hand.

In Floor mode, two rows of premium bristles extend from below, allowing larger objects to pass through and to prevent damage to your floors.

In Carpet mode, these bristles retract, providing maximum suction to remove deeply embedded dirt and debris.

Troubleshooting

  • Check the bag fullness gauge. If 2/3rds full or higher, change your bag. Check that the air release valve on the bottom side of the hose handle is closed.

If that doesn't solve the issue, check the filters, you might have a clog.

  • If you're having any issues with your Airsign HEPA Vacuum, reach out to support@airsign.co.

  • The Airsign is designed to clean carpet and rugs optimally on low or medium. To adjust the power level, press the center button on the vacuum to get to the corresponding power level. For lightweight rugs and curtains we recommend opening the air release valve on the bottom of the hose handle as well.

  • Pull the power cord until it is fully unraveled, then simultaneously press the cord retraction button while guiding the cord back into the vacuum.

  • The Airsign vacuum has a temperature limiter that safely turns off the motor in case it gets too hot. This feature is implemented to protect the longevity of the the Airsign vacuum.

    To reset the vacuum:

    1. Turn the vacuum off and unplug it

    2. Wait 20-30 minutes for your Airsign to cool down

    3. Plug the vacuum back in and press the power level button (center) 3 times

    4. Press the power button to turn your vacuum back on

  • The Airsign HEPA Vacuum is designed to be easily repaired. Reach out to support@airsign.co to discuss options both within or outside of your warranty.
